Keto bread oh Yesss! When people start the keto diet one of the first objections is no bread? I can’t do this! I won’t succeed!

But I got music to your ears, as a matter of fact, my ears as well since this has been a life-changer for me as well.

This bread is easy to make and delicious. But let me show you how easy this recipe is.

The only ingredients needed in this recipe are

Almond Flour

1 Egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp of salted butter

You want to use salted butter instead of unsalted because this will avoid you adding extra salt to the bread. Now if you don’t have salted butter just add a pinch of salt to the recipe.

Now that we have all the ingredients set out let’s begin cooking or baking or microwaving well you decide.

First, melt the butter in the microwave. Mines took 30 seconds to melt this being said remember to test yours since every microwave has different temperatures.

Then on a round glass bowl, I use a 2 cups round microwave-safe bowl add all the ingredients and grab a fork to mix them together.

Once they are all mixed together put it in the microwave for 90 seconds and wait for the magic to happen!

Once done wait a minute because it’s going to be HOT and please don’t mind the eggy smell it will go away I promise it will.

Now cut in half to make 2 slices.

Then on a non-tick pan add a little be of butter on low heat once it melts add the bread and let it toast to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salted butter

Instructions

  • Melt butter in the microwave, mines took 45 seconds to melt.
  • Use a fork or whisker to mix almond flour with egg, baking powder, butter.
  • Place a round glass microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds.
  • Once done let it cool for 1 or 2 mins. And remove from a glass bowl.
  • Cut in half.
  • Grab a nonstick pan and add just a little bit of butter and melt it.
  • Once the butter is melted it add the 2 pieces of bread until is nice and toasted.
  • Once toasted it enjoy!
