I do this by assessing the individual needs of the person and working with them one on one. Even though here at the blog you will also find the resources to succeed. I believe that we are all unique and learn differently.

Many will tell you that you will accomplish XYX by day 10. But realistically speaking it takes time to change and acquire healthy habits.

A little about me...
I needed to change. If you know me personally you know that I am an overachiever. I do what I have to do and go above and beyond when I am passionate about something. If I say I am gonna do something chances are, I am already midway.
I got pregnant in 2017, and not just pregnant I was pregnant with twins. During the pregnancy I gained 50lbs. I weighed 205lbs 2 days before the C-section. Then the babies came boy and girl both very healthy.
And I was not the same person. I have always been very active try to eat live a healthy lifestyle clean eating working out. But this time around was different I lost my self after having the babies because it was just about these two little people plus my 6 year old daughter.
There was no time for me, any more, I couldn’t workout and my body was definitely not looking the same. The babies were 4 months old when I decided to make the change.....
I signed up for Beach Body on demand and educated myself through books and well known research about the Ketogenic diet.
In the sixteen months since my twins were born I have managed to slowly but surely drop my pregnancy weight to my goal weight 160lbs (my happy place).
I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy and I’m not going lie, I had moments of sheer panic that I’d never be able to lose it all.
I had hoped to gain 25-30 pounds liked during my first pregnancy but found that just wasn’t possible for me. Despite being very active during my pregnancy meaning I was walking up and down stairs and just going for walks.
I still gain a good amount of weight. But I was not worried so much because I figured I was growing two little humans inside and all I wanted was for them to be safe and healthy.
Right before my babies were born, I was weighing 205lbs. For the love of God!, I never been there before but I understood it was part of the process.
A week after the babies arrived I went to the doctor for a checkup and I was weighing 179lbs which I was happy about. But this was only the beginning of my weight loss journey.
“After 4 months I decided to start taking care of myself and workout and took on a journey I never thought possible. I started the Ketogenic diet which by the way if you are Spanish it very hard since most of our meals have CARBS..”
I started to read books and study how this diet or better said way of living works and fell in love with it. The benefits are endless and the results are amazing.So I was working out 4-5 times per week at home and eating a very low carb diet.
The results were so amazing that I decided to help other moms just like me struggling with weight loss and inspiration to become a better version of themselves. I became a weight loss coach. And I love it. I get mesmerize by the changes and transformation I see on women just like you that just needs a little support.
I asked one of my clients, when I was just getting started how much do you think my coaching is worth to you?
Her answer left me speechless…..

My heart jumped because I was so happy and excited.
I am a nurse, so care for people in their worst state of health, so how can I help women be in their best health of their lives?
And all of these questions led me to Weight loss Coaching!
We as women tend to take care of everybody in the house and always leave ourselves for later…well I am here to tell you now that later is now. You need to start taking care of yourself so you can take care of the rest of the family.
My Dad used to say something when I was little and it didn’t make sense at the time he said “I need to eat first, so I can go to work and feed you all” well, I thought a father was supposed to prioritize their kids I thought.
But now I understand the analogy. I need to take better care of myself so I can have the strength to care for others.
Today I can say I am in a happy weight healthy weight, and I want you to get there as well!
