The best low carb keto sandwich bread ever. Delicious, not eggy and not grumby at all. I have to be honest I was not a burger person until I started living a low carb lifestyle. Now I have to say there are a go to for quick meals and dinner.
That’s why I had to create a low carb quick and easy bun I could use with my burgers because lets be honest it’s not the same with the letter wrap.

These buns are my favorite and they keep very well. They can be store at room temperature for 3 days and freeze for a month.
Soyou can make a whole Batch and freeze it, which is what I do every beginning of the month to make my life easier during the week. Inser mealprep post here
