  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt/pepper to taste


  • Place your mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave in 30 seconds intervals for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Mix together.

  • Add in your flour, spices and baking soda. Mix with a fork and it will create a dough.

  • Separate and form burger size loafs with your hands. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes on the middle of the oven.
